Dreamtime Film with Whitewood & Fleming begin shooting fiction short Samsara for
The Wellcome Trust.

Based on the work of Professor Nayernia at  The Newcastle Centre For Life, SAMSARA starring Barbara Marten envisages a world 40 years in the future where stem cells are cultured to create sperm from womens bone marrow tissue.

With a screenplay by TV writer Graham Mitchell, we also have on board scientific and ethical consultants Prof. Karim Nayernia from the Centre for Life, Newcastle, and Dr Anna Smajdor from University of Norwich.

Due for release late 2010, the film is being distributed to schools through the Creative Partnerships network .
